Bien choisir son psy, Anne-Sophie Nogaret-Erhart

Si je choisis de parler de "Bien choisir son psy", c'est, un peu, parce que j'ai travaillé avec Anne-Sophie Nogaret-Erhart dans une autre vie. Et je sais le sérieux de son travail de recherche pour réaliser ce guide au demeurant indispensable lorsqu'on entend les gens parler de "psy" sans savoir distinguer toujours psychiatres, psychologues ou psychanalystes, sans compter les trop nombreux charlatans adeptes de méthodes plus ou moins surprenantes. On peut douter qu'on arrive à résoudre ses problèmes en serrant fort, en groupe, chacun un oreiller en l'appelant "maman"... C'est pourtant parfois ce qui est proposé. Gare aux gourous...

Pourtant, consulter un psychologue devient une démarche de plus en plus courante. Mais avant de se décider, il est important de choisir le bon psy et la thérapie la mieux adaptée au problème et à la personne.
Hormis le bouche-à-oreille, peu de critères objectifs existent pour guider ce choix. Ce guide propose une véritable aide au choix basée sur :

- la définition de profils qui permettront au lecteur de s'orienter plus facilement vers telle ou telle thérapie ;

- la connaissance assez détaillée du contenu de la thérapie et de ses caractéristiques pratiques.

Un livre en 2 parties :

1. Les étapes de la démarche pour aller consulter un psychologue, les questions générales, les écueils à éviter, les formations des psychologues les critères de choix, les profils pour mieux s'orienter (tests à l'appui).

2. Le panorama complet des thérapies les plus pratiquées en France: 16 grandes thérapies.

Pour chaque thérapie décrite, une grille de lecture structurée permet d'en connaître les principales caractéristiques :
- un bref historique

- les grands principes thérapeutiques
- la méthode utilisée et le déroulement de la thérapie
- les questions pratiques : le choix du psy, la durée de la thérapie, la durée du séance, le coût, les adresses.

Le texte est émaillé d'encadrés et de témoignages

When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get three e-mails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service? Cheers!

Next time i have seen some of these i personally flipped!! Liked working out picked up these items to find x-mas whenever that i opened up these individuals i simply shreaked! Certainly properly financial resources plus very extremely cute! As long as oughout are interested in gamma blue 11s i may deff opt for sparlkey kinds, we have Two pairs or would certainly deffinitly love 100000 sets far more! Thanks a lot gamma blue 11s!!!!
